TVET Beneficiary Satisfaction Survey Report

The beneficiary satisfaction survey is carried out annually to measure the satisfaction rating of the students with the Regional Flagship TVET Institute (RFTI) and the employers where these graduates have been employed. The study included three components: 1) Tracer surveys with graduates from 2019 to 2021, 2) Employer surveys, and 3) Key Informant Interviews with TVETs to obtain a 360- degree view of the program. This document contains findings from the second Annual Beneficiary Survey that was conducted in 2023 by Ipsos contracted by Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA).
