The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurement of works for Construction of Education Quality Assurance Agency Building:

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education, East Africa Skill Transformation and Regional Integration Project /EASTRIP/ now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Education Quality Assurance Agency Building from those having experience under construction contracts in the role of the prime contractor, JV member, Subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last ten years and have a minimum number of three similar contracts each of minimum value of USD 10 million. The margin of preference will be applied as per the methodology indicated in the bidding document. The construction of the building is expected to be completed within 540 calendar days.
