Dire Dawa Polytechnic College conducted industrial attachment where 12 tutors spent 45 days in 4 industries. Following the completion of the practical skills training, the College organised and knowledge and experience sharing workshop to share their learning experience with the rest of the staff. The teachers who attended the practical industrial attachment presented and shared knowledge and skills gained during the attachment with the rest of the College’s tutors.
The tutors noted that during the practical industrial attachment, they were involved in identifying various problems in industries where they were working and taking the necessary steps to address them.
