Following successful stakeholders’ activity undertaken in Kilifi County in Kenya earlier in the year, the Taita Taveta County Government, Department of Public Works, Roads, Transport, Housing & Infrastructure (PWRTH&I) and Kwale County Department of Roads and Public Works, invited KIHBT to explore opportunities for collaboration.
The discussion centred around establishing industry linkages and conducting specific training for the roads and highways sector within the respective county governments.
KIHBT management also paid a courtsey visit to Kenya Coast National Polytechnic EASTRIP secretariat.
