Holeta Polytechnic College is undertaking an outreach initiative to support non-project national institutes in capacity building, focusing on Shashamane, Batu, Bako, Burayu, Sebeta, and Gelan Polytechnic Colleges. This effort aims to enhance project-based training and action research for over 40 trainees. The primary goal of this training is to bolster capacity building in non-project TVT colleges and cluster colleges, encouraging the sharing of best practices, experiences, and lessons learned.

In conjunction with the training, the project emphasizes innovation and technology use to enhance training delivery and foster innovation and in-house production. This includes leveraging models, smart classrooms, project-based learning, virtual reality technology, and providing simulation training facilities, such as a simulated demonstration farm, to offer students and faculty a realistic work environment that maximizes the training’s impact.
