About 80 percent of the TVET graduates from DIT Mwanza campus are employed within 6 months after graduation

Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) Mwanza Campus recently released the results of the employment status of its graduates, revealing that  78.7% of the 492 graduates were employed within 6 months after graduation.

The purpose of the annual tracer study conducted by DIT is to determine the employability status of its graduates for each academic year.

During a stakeholders meeting, Dr. Albert G. Mmari, Director of DIT Mwanza Campus, presented the Graduate Tracer Study report for the 2022/2023 cohort.

The meeting included stakeholders from the leather sector and allied sciences, such as laboratory technology, as well as members from the industry, training institutions, and regulatory institutions across the country. The graduate tracer study report is part of the implementation of the East African Skills Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP).
