Arusha Technical College has conducted the Annual Industrial Advisory Board Meeting (IAB) to obtain inputs from Industries and partners on the implementation of EASTRIP Project.
The meeting was attended by Advisory Board Members together with the Project Implementation Team (PIU) with the main agenda of receiving progress report on the implementation of EASTRIP Project and provide way forward on the challenges hampering the project.
Among other issues discussed, the Board congratulated the Project Implementation Unit for the great achievements made so far since the project started and on the other hand PIU was advised to speed up some activities including Procurement processes. Furthermore the Implementation Unit was advised to apply for more training for their staff to cover the knowledge gap and keep documenting whatever they are doing in the project then make publications for future generation.
